The rooms were spacious and clean, with beautiful gardens and well-maintained amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and making me feel welcome during my stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to key locations in the area. Additionally, the meals served at the hotel were delicious, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy different tastes.

One drawback was that the bathroom sink in my room was clogged and there was no one available to fix it immediately. This was a minor inconvenience, but it would have been better if the issue had been resolved promptly.

The chalet at Severine Cottages And Lounge Ltd was absolutely amazing! It felt so modern and homey at the same time. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for me to cook my own meals. The bathroom had free toiletries and a hairdryer, which was such a thoughtful touch. I loved lounging in front of the flat-screen TV in my bathrobe. It was such a cozy experience!

The only thing I didn't love was the shower. It was a bit small for me, but I understand that others might still find it convenient.

The cottages were absolutely stunning and had an amazing design, both inside and out. The location was perfect, with attractions such as the Giraffe Centre and Elephant Orphanage just a few minutes away. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. The gardens were beautiful and provided a great place to relax. Definitely the perfect place for families and couples. We can't wait to go back!

Loved the wooden open kitchen counter, perfect for eating and gossiping. The night time ambience was so magical, like I was in a Disney movie. The Stables Lounge was a great place to meet fellow travelers and pretend to know the Karen neighborhood. The staff were friendly, attentive, and looked like they went to fancy schools.

I was also amazed at how the whole place was sprayed, ensuring there were no mosquitoes or bugs even in the evening. The meals were delicious, and I particularly loved the breakfast buffet. The location was superb, nestled in the heart of Karen, a green and tranquil suburb of Nairobi. It was close to various attractions like the Giraffe Centre, Karen Blixen Museum, and more.
